Sauli is a beautiful green eyed girl. She is maybe 3 years old. She is friendly, sometimes playful, a total sweetheart with her people. But she also has her independent side.
Sauli was found abandoned after a homeless camp moved on in Anchorage. She found a warehouse area to take shelter in and gradually she was noticed by the workers who were kind to her, gave her food and allowed her to remain sheltered. And then they realized that she was friendly and could be pet. She was, in fact, desperate for love.
Sauli is a sweet companion. Her soft presence is warming. She’s so happy to be in a safe home with kind people. She will make biscuits till her heart gives out to show you how happy she is. She loves to say hello but on her terms. She doesn’t need a lot of touching; a few pets here and there is more then welcome and she’ll let you know when enough is enough. She seems fine with other nice cats. We don’t know about dogs. But Sauli is ready to have a stable home and loving family, preferably one that is settled and without chaos. The homeless camp was more than enough uncertainty and chaos for a lifetime. She will need a quiet, safe outside area that is her own yard where she can go out and enjoy the summer in peace.
